The good and the bad
+ Unlimited contacts on ALL plans including free — pricing based on emails sent, not list size
+ Includes SMS marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and transactional emails
+ Built-in CRM and sales pipeline — true all-in-one for small businesses
− Free plan limited to 300 emails/day — barely enough for testing
− Interface is cluttered — trying to do too many things at once
− Email templates feel dated compared to Flodesk or Kit
− Brevo branding on free plan emails

All plans include unlimited contacts. Pricing based on emails sent, not list size.
The verdict
Brevo’s unique selling point is unlimited contacts on every plan — you pay per email sent, not per subscriber. That’s perfect for businesses with large lists and low send frequency. The CRM and SMS features make it a genuine all-in-one tool. But if you just need email marketing, it’s overbuilt and underwhelming. MailerLite does the email part better for the same price.
